Please read these terms carefully before booking your tour with RAMTUR.

1. PARTIES

Hereinafter referred to as the “Seller.”

Buyer
Any natural person who purchases services electronically through www.ramtur.com, regardless of place of residence.

Services are provided exclusively in foreign languages and are not designed for the Turkish-language domestic market. By completing a purchase, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts the service language.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

These Terms govern the online sale of tours, excursions, transfers, flight tickets, package tours, and related tourism services.

All essential characteristics of each service (itinerary, duration, inclusions, exclusions, total price, language, meeting point, date, special conditions) are displayed before payment and form an integral part of the contract.

3. BOOKING & CONFIRMATION

Certain services require supplier confirmation. A booking becomes legally binding only after official confirmation is issued by the Seller via e-mail.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any unconfirmed booking.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

4.1. The total price is displayed before payment.
4.2. Once payment is successfully completed and confirmation is issued, the price becomes fixed and binding.
4.3. Bank fees, international transaction costs, and currency exchange differences are borne by the Buyer.
4.4. Payments are processed through secure international payment systems.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable Turkish legislation on distance contracts, services related to accommodation, transportation, tours, and leisure activities performed on a specific date or period are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

6.1 Flight Tickets
All flight tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase.

6.2 Land Services (Tours, Transfers, Packages, Activities)
Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled service date are eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid, subject to the processing fee below.
Cancellations made within 15 days of the service date are non-refundable.
Failure to attend the service (no-show) is non-refundable.

6.3 Processing Fee
A 5% bank and administrative processing fee applies to all refunds, regardless of cancellation date or reason.
This fee covers non-recoverable banking charges, payment gateway costs, and administrative handling expenses.
The processing fee is calculated based on the total amount paid and deducted from the refund amount.

6.4 Seller Cancellation
If the Seller cancels due to operational reasons or force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government decisions, war, epidemics, strikes, severe weather conditions, transport disruptions), the Buyer shall receive a refund of the paid amount minus the 5% processing fee.
Alternatively, the Seller may offer a rescheduled date or equivalent service.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Seller is responsible solely for delivering the service as described.

The Seller shall not be liable for:

  • visa or immigration issues
  • airline delays or cancellations
  • acts or omissions of third-party providers
  • personal negligence of the Buyer
  • loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

Under all circumstances, the Seller’s total liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for the relevant service.

8. PAYMENT SECURITY & CHARGEBACK POLICY

By completing the payment, the Buyer confirms being the authorized cardholder or having lawful authorization to use the payment method.

Any unjustified chargeback or payment dispute initiated without prior written communication with the Seller shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

The Seller reserves the right to submit booking confirmations, IP records, correspondence, service delivery documentation, and electronic approvals to financial institutions or legal authorities in case of payment disputes.

Confirmed and properly delivered services are not subject to arbitrary payment reversals.

9. SYSTEM ACCURACY & TECHNICAL DISCLAIMER

www.ramtur.com operates through automated and dynamic systems.

While the Seller takes reasonable measures to ensure accuracy, technical errors, software malfunctions, calculation mistakes, unauthorized interference, cyber-attacks, or system vulnerabilities may occur.

In case of an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or unauthorized manipulation affecting booking conditions, the Seller reserves the right to cancel or correct the reservation prior to service delivery.

Only bookings confirmed via official confirmation e-mail from the Seller shall be considered valid and binding.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & WEBSITE USE

All website content including but not limited to text, tour descriptions, itineraries, images, branding elements, logos, graphics, pricing structures, and design are the exclusive property of the Seller unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, scraping, automated extraction, distribution, commercial use, reverse engineering, or modification of any website content is strictly prohibited.

The Seller reserves the right to pursue legal action against any unauthorized use of intellectual property or misuse of website content.

11. PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY

Personal data is processed solely for reservation management, communication, legal compliance, accounting, and service execution.

Data may be shared with operational partners strictly as required to deliver the booked service.

All processing complies with applicable Turkish data protection legislation.

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of İzmir Courts and Enforcement Offices.

13. LANGUAGE

These Terms are drafted in English. In case of inconsistency between translated versions and the English text, the English version shall prevail.

14. EFFECTIVENESS

By completing a purchase on www.ramtur.com, the Buyer confirms having read, understood, and accepted these Terms. The Agreement becomes effective electronically and does not require a physical signature.
